Today.

I want to make meatballs.

Turkey meat with two eggs, bread crumbs, cayenne pepper, salt, pinch of sugar, black pepper, chopped onions and bell pepper, ramano cheese and olive oil.

Then ill take tomato paste, fresh tomatoes, basil, pepper, salt, cream cheese, cayenne pepper and some pepperoncinis.

Make the sauce. (My take on a creamy spicy tomato sauce)

Get a Pyrex baking dish and put olive oil on the bottom. Add the meatballs sprinkle with cheese. Then cover them with the sauce. Bake them at 375 for 45/35 minutes.

Yeah I’m excited.

I have lentils. I might add them to the meatballs. Just cause.

Honey-Coconut Chicken Recipe

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Large frying pan/skillet
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup of honey
1/2 cup of bread crumbs
1/2 cup of shredded coconut
Season Salt
Ground Pepper
Garlic Powder 

DIRECTIONS:
1. Pour oil into skillet about an inch high. Preheat skillet.
2. Combine bread crumbs & coconut in a shallow bowl. Mix with fork.
3.Season raw chicken breasts with salt, pepper, & garlic powder to your preference.
4.Hand-dip seasoned chicken breast in honey, then lay chicken in bread crumbs/coconut mixture. Then, flip the chicken over to cover the other side in the mixture.
5. Fry each side of the chicken for 3-4 min. or until golden brown.
6. Remove from heat & let stand a few minutes before eating.
